VOLKER BARTELT

Volker Bartelt, born in 1964, studied in Cologne and Freiburg im Breisgau. He has lived and worked in Berlin since 1992 and in 1995 was admitted to the bar. He spent many years at various Berlin law firms. The President of the Kammergericht (higher regional court) appointed him as a notary public in 2007. He became a partner at Rickmann Schröter Schlie at the end of 2013. This brings things full circle as he had previously worked for some time with his colleagues, Rickmann and Schröter, at a large notary's office.
